Welcome to Kolor Studio. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

Kolor Studio specializes in designing and developing websites, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to your business needs. We provide three service plans: Basic, Advanced, and Enterprise. Clients can configure their websites with a wide range of features, including but not limited to: Hosting, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Responsive Design, Payment Processing, E-Commerce Storefront, Appointment Booking, Lead Capture Forms, Database Integration, Custom Domain & SSL, Blog & Publishing, Animations, Workflow Automation, Content Management (CMS), Analytics & Reporting, Support, User Accounts & Login, Maintenance & Updates, API Integration, and E-Mail Automation.

Users are not required to create accounts on our website. We collect necessary data through our contact form, including your name, email address, company name, selected website plan, and any additional features you choose. This information is used to tailor our services to your specific needs and to maintain effective communication throughout the project.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We charge a one-time fee for website design and development, as well as ongoing subscriptions for services such as hosting (monthly), email services (monthly), and domain & SSL (yearly). Due to the nature of our services and the resources involved, we do not offer refunds.

Once project features are established, clients receive rolling previews of the site as it is built and can give feedback and request minor design changes directly by email. Our aim is to ensure transparency and client satisfaction throughout the development process.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services under the following circumstances:

• Failure to make payments as agreed.
• Lack of response to our contact requests.
• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Engaging in activities that harm the service or other users.

In the event of termination, clients will be notified via email. Any outstanding payments will remain due.

All intellectual property rights in the designs, code, and other work created by Kolor Studio remain the property of Kolor Studio until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the work for its intended purpose. Kolor Studio retains the right to use the work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Users must adhere to the following guidelines to maintain a respectful and functional environment:

• No engagement in illegal activities or use of our services for unlawful purposes.
• No spamming, phishing, or unsolicited mass mailing.
• No uploading or transmitting harmful code, malware, or viruses.
• No attempts to disrupt the service or interfere with other users' use of the service.
• No infringement on the intellectual property rights of others.
• No defamatory, abusive, or harassing behavior towards others, including Kolor Studio staff.

Violations of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of services without notice.

Kolor Studio provides its services "as is" and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Poland. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Polish courts for the resolution of any disputes.

Kolor Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By using our services, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions. Stripe is a secure payment gateway that handles your transactions and ensures your payment information is protected.
